Blessed Jesus Christ, fill our hearts with peace.
Let our ways decline, Your ways be increased.
Make us willing to accept dishonor.
For, Christ has shown us this is what’s proper.

May we seek and find the lowliest place.
It is our calling, ’tis the Christian’s fate.
On the downtrodden, Your love’s never far.
Witnesses of Yours reveal who You are.

Fill our hearts with Your blessed peace,
to bless those in their need.
May we show the fruit of belief,
to set the captives free.
