It is certain that temptations will come.
Afflicted, beaten, and yet never crushed.
Jesus gave us the way to overcome,
if only we learn to draw near to Christ.

It’s by Your grace we won’t succumb
to sins like pride and lust.
We pray that when temptations come
that You would stregthen us.

Let us learn from the way that Jesus lived.
His use of Scripture to find victory.
His patience, wisdom, and all that He did.
Let us trust Jesus, and never worry.
